The first solo artist to ever have their first seven singles hit the top 5 on the Billboard charts, GRAMMY-winning Richard Marx penned and performed hit after hit with songs like “Should’ve Known Better,” “Hold on to the Nights,” “Don’t Mean Nothing,” and “Right Here Waiting.” He has also written songs for and with other artists such as “This I Promise You” by NSYNC and “Dance with My Father” by Luther Vandross as well as tunes for Sara Bareilles, 98°, Josh Groban, Keith Urban, Chicago, Daughtry, Toni Braxton, and the soundtrack to the hit film St. Elmo’s Fire.
