Journey Revisited is a professional group of musicians inspired by the music of Journey that brings the “national act” experience to every stage. The band has opened for Firehouse, Mark McGrath, and Aaron Neville.
The band members have extensive stage experience, with some performing with members of Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, Mick Sweda (Bullet Boys), Mic Gillette (Tower of Power), Bobby McFerrin, and Lincoln Brewster.
Journey Revisited gives its audience an astonishingly accurate tribute to Journey’s “Perry & Rolie” era. The band will play all the top hits with no rare B-sides or fillers. Each song is recreated note for note and performed in the original keys without pre-recorded backing tracks. What Journey fans remember hearing on the radio or albums is what they get at a Journey Revisited performance. Fronting the group is outstanding lead vocalist Frank House, along with the axe work of Val Popovic recreating Neal Schon, Dave Hawkes channeling Steve Smith on skins, Dave Sousa on bass, and Kevin Jachetta with Gregg Rolie’s spot-on keys and voice. Journey Revisited features fantastic harmonies and dynamic instrumentals that people fondly recall. The group delivers Journey’s organic live sound from their album-oriented rock era, and audiences always leave a concert ready to come to rock with the band again.
