Celebrate California Dance Company’s 30th Anniversary with “Glamour and Deceit – A Red Carpet Mystery,” presented in four unique performances at 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 7:00 pm. This dazzling dance recital transports you to a glamorous Old Hollywood film premiere that quickly turns into a high-stakes investigation. On a night glittering with black-tie elegance, the spotlight suddenly fades as the beloved Director, Veronica Vale, vanishes mid-show. The suspects are the lead performers and every dynamic dance routine that follows contains essential clues for the audience to unravel the mystery.
More than just a whodunnit, each show is a vibrant celebration of dance, featuring the incredible talent of students ages 2 to 18. The audience will be captivated by an exciting mix of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, aerial silks, and musical theatre. The energy and excitement build to a thrilling grand finale, where the audience casts their vote for the culprit – and the final routine reveals the big twist, uncovering the star behind all of the mystery.
