Be prepared to sing up to 32 bars (about 30 seconds to 1 min) of a Holiday song that you feel best showcases your voice.

Be prepared to move: wear comfortable clothing to dance in.

Be prepared to read some from the script.

A bluetooth speaker will be available for in-person auditions.

Synopsis

It’s that time of year again! Santa and his elves have everything prepped and ready for Christmas which is only 48 hours away! To celebrate before the mayhem of Christmas, Santa and Mrs. Claus host a holiday bash to acknowledge another year of holiday cheer. After the party is over, Santa goes out to his barn where he decides to put the finishing touches on his sleigh. Just as Santa is finishing up, three elves jump out and scare Santa! He hits his head and loses consciousness. When he wakes up, he’s in a new place with some weird familiarity. Santa will have to navigate new places, people, and a mind on the brink of remembrance as the world around him tries to remind him of who he truly is. Will he remember in time for Christmas? Find out in this year’s local holiday tradition!

All roles available unless otherwise listed below with *:

Santa – Jolly, joyous, and a little rambunctious. Santa is the living embodiment of Christmas and everything festive.

*Mrs. Claus – A little more down to earth than Santa but still very fun and upbeat. While still meticulous, Mrs. Clause always seems to be hiding something up her sleeve.

Holly – Santa and Mrs. Claus’s granddaughter. Very sweet, very smart, and always concerned for her grandparents.

Jingle – One of the three mischievous elves. Jingle is always looking to cause some mayhem.

Jangle – Jingle’s right hand and ultimate prankster pal. Just like Jingle, Jangle is constantly looking for trouble and trying to pull pranks.

Paul – And then there’s Paul. The third elf in the trio and by far the most clueless elf. As clueless as he is, he still loves to prank anyone at any time.

Ernie – An overworked but mostly joyous man. He tries his hardest to be a good person simply to bring more kindness back into the world.

Thomas – A highly capable elf who thinks the world of himself, even if it’s mostly to impress Brad.

Ruby – An eccentric and sweet child who just LOVES Christmas and Santa.

Ensemble – 10-20 ensemble rolls available- All cast will be expected to Sing and Dance.
